From 19:00 to 20:30 Aperitivo at "Bastione Fiorito", inside San Giusto Castle.
The Castle, built between 1470 and 1630, rises up from the hill in the heart of the ancient city centre of Trieste. It offers a striking panorama of the whole city.

At 20:30 all guests will move from the "Bastione Fiorito" for dinner in the temporary pavilion on Piazzale delle Milizie. The dinner will end at about 23:30.

Crispy prawn and zucchini basket au gratin

Second course
Fillet of wild salmon in potato crust with sesame sauce

Dessert
Puff pastry with Chantilly whipped cream

A vegetarian menu will also be available.

Dinner will be accompanied by classical music performances by the Italian orchestra "I Virtuosi di Venezia".
